Where can I buy Percy Doughty products?

Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the public, we only sell to reputable authorised resellers. If you would like information on where to buy and the location of your nearest authorised reseller who can also provide expert advice then please call us or use the contact page.

Where appropriate on selected manufactured products DoPs (Declaration of Performance) are available upon request.

 

How do I know if a product is suitable for my home?

Refer to the technical section of our brochures as a guideline and speak to your local stockist/installer for further advice.

 

Who can install my Fireplace or Stove?

It is a requirement that all installations are carried out by fully trained and qualified installers (HETAs/Gas Safe).

 

Can I buy single or selected items from the complete suite images shown?

Yes, many combinations are available to suit your own personal requirements, just select the products you desire and visit your local stockist to discuss all possible options and suitability for your home

 

Care and maintenance of your Fireplace or Stove.

All Fireplace and Stove products include a care and maintenance guide. Only use recommended products to clean and care for your Fireplace or Stove. For additional information regarding the care and maintenance of your product please contact your reseller.

 

Guarantee.

Most products carry a 12 months warranty. Products must be installed as-per installation instructions and using qualified installers where necessary. Proof of purchase will also be required before any claim will be considered. For more information regarding a particular product please contact your reseller.
